Kosumoth the Hungering Secret NPC Guide

Kosumoth the Hungering is a Secret NPC that you can unlock by solving the mystery of the "whispers" that plague the old warlock Drak'thul. Kosumoth the Hungering is one of the major secrets added in Legion, along with Lucid Nightmare, Riddler's Mind-Worm, Sun Darter Hatchling and Uuna.

For this secret you will have to find hidden orbs scattered across the Broken Isles. At the end of the secret you will unlock a world quest to defeat Kosumoth the Hungering which will either reward the Fathom Dweller mount or the Hungering Claw pet.

Hungering Orbs

Orb 6

The sixth orb can be found north-east of the Broken Isles, in an underwater cave located north of Shield's Rest in Stormheim. To enter the cave you have to go below the Toothless Great White. Note that there are geysers in this cave which will do a lot of damage to a low level character.

Orb 7

The seventh orb can be found in Highmountain, in a cave behind bushes. Note that there is another cave there to the left, but that's not the cave that you're looking for.

Orb 9

The ninth orb can be found in Eye of Azshara, in a hidden cave found in a shipwreck. This shipwreck is a bit tricky to navigate so we recommend you get an item that gives you underwater breathing.

Enter the shipwreck from the bottom, navigate towards the top of the ship and then go through the small entrances. At the end of the ship, swim down and on the left you'll find some kelps. Enter the cave behind those kelps. The orb is located on the right side of this cave, between several stalagmites.
