Legion Timewalking Event Guide

Legion Timewalking is a bonus World Event where players can queue for Legion timewalking dungeons. Defeating bosses and completing instances rewards Timewarped Badges, a currency that can be exchanged for goods from Timewalking Vendors.

During the Legion Timewalking Event players gain Sign of the Legion, a buff which grants 50% bonus reputation to Legion factions.

Weekly Quests

  • A Fel Path Through Time - Pick up the quest from the Adventure Journal or Archivist Frithrun in Dornogal, and complete 5 timewalking dungeons to receive one piece of gear from the latest raid.
  • A Fel Journey Through Time - Low level characters can pick up the quest from the Adventure Journal or Aridormi in Dalaran, and complete 5 timewalking dungeons to receive a Timely Goodie Bag.
  • Whispering Felflame Crystal - Pick up the quest by looting the last boss in a timewalking dungeon, and turn it in for 500 Badges. Repeat completions of this quest will award only 200 Badges.

Players can queue for Legion timewalking dungeons using the LFG tool. The available dungeons are:

  • Black Rook Hold
  • Court of Stars
  • Darkheart Thicket
  • Eye of Azshara
  • Neltharion’s Lair
  • Vault of the Wardens

Vendor

The vendor for this event is Aridormi. You can find her near the Flight Master in Dalaran on the Broken Isles.

Mounts

Completing the achievement Master of the Turbulent Timeways IV rewards Ta'readon's Mount Voucher, which can be traded for one bronze covenant-themed mount. Upon purchase, the remaining mounts become available for Timewarped Badges.

With the new Timewalking holiday update in The War Within, Aridormi now offers new weapon appearances, along with four transmog sets.

Nightborne Weapons

There are six Nightborne weapons that can be purchased for 35 to 100 Badges. Note that you may have to change the class filter to see all the available weapons.

Replica Aegis of Aggramar

There is also an epic shield Replica Aegis of Aggramar that can be purchased for 3000 Badges.

Mage Tower

Blizzard has announced that the Mage Tower returns permanently, even outside the timewalking event.

Completing the Mage Tower challenges on different classes and specializations will unlock new rewards such as Legion-themed armor sets, the Soaring Spelltome flying mount, and a fel variant of the "werebear" form for Guardian Druids.

Reputation Tokens

You can purchase the following reputation tokens for 50 Timewarped Badges. Each token awards 250 reputation with the appropriate faction.

Miscellaneous Items

You can purchase shipments of crafting reagents from Legion for 25 Timewarped Badges.
