The Dreadblades Hidden Artifact Appearance
You will first have to obtain three items:
- Bindings of the Windlord drops from Dargrul in Neltharion's Lair on any difficulty.
- Bindings of the Windlord drops from Ash'Golm in Vault of the Wardens on any difficulty.
- 10x Infernal Brimstone can be mined or bought from the Auction House.
Note that the bindings can drop on any Rogue specialization. However, they aren't guaranteed drops, so multiple dungeon runs will likely be necessary.
After you have obtained all three items, switch to the Outlaw specialization, travel to Stormheim and find Thrymjaris.

Two dialogue options will appear when you interact with her:
- Avoid the first option since it applies the Pissed Off Dragon 20-hour debuff (which can be removed with an arena skirmish).
- Select the second option and continue the conversation until you can pick up the quest Bindings of the Windlord.
Complete it and then pick up the next quest Audience with the Windlord. Thunderaan's dialogue will vary depending on whether you have completed the original Thunderfury quest.
Thunderfury Questline Completed
Thunderaan says: Mortal (race). You presume much to summon me.
Thunderaan says: You possessed bindings such as those once before. An eternal prison from which you freed me only to jealously seek my power.
Thunderaan says: I should strike you down for what you did to me. For what you stole from me.

Thunderaan says: Give me the bindings that I might turn them against the Firelord and his minions, and I will reward you in kind.

- Fate and Fortune have fed on the blood of humanoid creatures, providing a 2% movement speed increase.
Subtlety Rogue
Subtlety Rogue hidden artifact appearance for Fangs of the Devourer is called "Venombite" and is unlocked via Tome of Otherworldly Venoms.
Fangs of the Devourer Hidden Artifact Appearance
Tome of Otherworldly Venoms has a chance to drop from Lei Shen's Burial Trove chests in the Troves of the Thunder King scenario.
- Hand in Marin Noggenfogger's Lucky Coin and pick up the Sparkling Set of Keys. Note that the items available change every day; however, you can farm and hand it multiple coins to get more keys once they are available.
- Once you get a Key to the Palace of Lei Shen speak with Taoshi to start the Troves of the Thunder King scenario.
- Loot as many Burial Trove Keys as you can within the scenario so you can open a lot of Lei Shen's Burial Troves at the end. These chests have a chance to contain the Tome of Otherworldly Venoms appearance.
