Arathi Highlands Mounts, Pets and Toys
Throughout the revamped Arathi Highlands zone in Battle for Azeroth there are many Rare Elite NPCs that drop mounts, pets, toys and transmog. The elites have a short respawn rate, however the loot resets every time a faction gains control of the zone so you'll only be able to farm them once every two weeks.
We have sorted all Rare Elite NPCs in a simple TomTom + Paste macro so that you can easily set waypoints to collectibles that you are interested in.

Arathi Highlands Rares Addon
If you already have HandyNotes, then you can get the HandyNotes - Arathi Highlands Rares addon that will display the elites and their loot on the map and minimap. Once you have killed the rares, they will disappear from the map until the opposite faction gains control of the zone.
Note that the addon will also add waypoints to 4 Goliaths that have a chance to drop Warfront Gear which is required for the https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=12993/dont-warfront-me achievement, so you might want to check them out!
