During WoW's 15th Anniversary time-displaced vendors are present in Hillsbrad Foothills. These vendors sell items that scale up to 380 item level, but also a few items with unique appearances.

Korrak's Revenge Vendor Locations
The Horde NPC that sells these items is Time-Displaced Jorek Ironside and can be found at 58 34 in Hillsbrad Foothills.

The Alliance NPC that sells these items is Time-Displaced Thanthaldis Snowgleam and can be found at 45 46 in Hillsbrad Foothills.

- Winteraxe Epaulets - Purchased for 1 Mark of Honor and 20 Timewarped Badges
- Frozen Steel Vambraces - Purchased for 1 Mark of Honor and 20 Timewarped Badges
- Cold Forged Blade - Purchased for 2 Marks of Honor and 40 Timewarped Badges
Other Items
Time-Displaced Jorek Ironside and Time-Displaced Thanthaldis Snowgleam also sell a number of items for Marks of Honor and Timewarped Badges that scale up to 380 item level.
To purchase some of the weapons (Cold Forged Hammer, Ice Barbed Spear, Bloodseeker and Wand of Biting Cold) you will have to defeat Korrak in Classic Alterac Valley and then hand in the quest The Legend of Korrak (Horde) or Korrak the Bloodrager (Alliance).
