The Headmaster Title – Secret Title

The Headmaster title is a character-bound hidden title added in the Legion expansion.

Step 1: Start the Archaeology Quest Chain

Start the quest Academic Exploration from Dariness the Learned in Dalaran. This will lead you to Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher, who gives the subsequent quests. He can be found in Azsuna, east of the Illidari Strand at.

Complete the entire Archaeology quest chain to receive the Key to Nar'thalas Academy.

Step 2: Enter Nar'thalas Academy

Use the Key to Nar'thalas Academy inside the Hall of Arcane Learning to phase into a time-warped version of the room. Inside, you can participate in several mini-games, including rune drawing and picture fighting.

Here you will also find Elya Azuremoon, who you may duel after completing all the activities. Although note that it is possible to challenge her even without finishing them.

Step 3: Duel Elya Azuremoon

Challenge Elya Azuremoon to a duel. Upon defeating her, you and any party members present will be awarded the Headmaster title. Female characters will receive the Headmistress title instead.
