Discipline Priest
Discipline Priest Hidden Artifact Appearance for Light's Wrath is called "Tomekeeper's Spire" and is unlocked via Writings of the End.
Light's Wrath Hidden Artifact Appearance
First, you must collect 12 tomes from around the world and combine them to obtain The Annals of Light and Shadow.
Book 1 - Netherlight Temple - Speak to Archivist Inkforge (choose the first option, then the middle options).
Book 2 - Netherlight Temple - Next to Meridelle Lightspark, on the bookshelf left of the table.
Book 3 - Netherlight Temple - Behind Juvess the Duskwhisperer, on the table to the left.
Book 4 - The Violet Citadel - Behind Archivist Elysiana, on the bookshelf to the right.
Book 5 - Black Rook Hold - After you defeat the Amalgam of Souls, you will enter the Map Room and on the left side of the room you will find the book on one of the tables.
Book 6 - Drops from Chief Bitterbrine in Azsuna.

Book 7 - Drops from Artificer Lothaire in Suramar.

Book 8 - Drops from Inquisitor Ernstenbok in Stormheim.

Book 9 - Scholomance - Instructor Chillheart's room - The book will be on top of one of the bookshelves on the right side of the room.
Book 10 - Scarlet Halls - Flameweaver Koegler's room - The book will be between the bench and the bookshelf on the left side of the room.
Book 11 - Karazhan (The Burning Crusade) - After killing The Curator jump down to the right and head into the side alcove. In the alcove there are 3 bookshelves, and you will find the book on the bottom of the leftmost bookshelf.
Book 12 - Northrend: New Hearthglen (Dragonblight) - In the church go to the second room to the left and the book will spawn on top of the shelf.

Once you have obtained all 12 books, head back to your class order hall and speak with Archivist Inkforge. He will combine the books and give you the Writings of the End appearance.
