J'imothy is trapped in an Ensorcelled Cryptid, which has three spawn locations in Silvermoon City.

Find the arcane prison somewhere in the city and interact with it to siphon the arcane energy. You can group up with other players to speed up the process.

Once the barrier is drained, interact with J'imothy to pet him and receive the Stubby Whistle.

Three J'imothy sighting images were shared on Liquid's and Method's Race to World First broadcasts, giving clues to J'imothy's possible locations.
