Buckle up and blaze through the chilly skies of Northrend! The Northrend Cup returns with daring Skyriding races, exclusive rewards, and plenty of opportunities to show off your aerial prowess in races across some of Northrend's most iconic locations.

Take to the Skies of Northrend

Trek to Valdrakken in the Dragon Isles to speak with Lord Andestrasz near the Rostrum of Transformation to pick up the initial quest.

When: August 25 to September 8
Where: Begins in Valdrakken, Stormwind City, Orgrimmar, and Northrend

With several races spread across Northrend, racers will have a skyfull of options for challenging courses in Normal, Advanced, and Reverse variations.

During these races, you will use one of the original Dragonflight skyriding mounts. However, if you don't have one of these mounts, you will receive a loaner Riders of Azeroth Drake mount to use during your race.

Rewards for a Fancy Flight

Completing Northrend Cup activities earns brave champions Riders of Azeroth Badges that can be exchanged for cosmetic rewards with Maztha at the Riders of Azeroth headquarters in Valdrakken or Dathendrash at the Riders of Azeroth headquarters in Stormwind City and Orgrimmar.

Complete all Northrend Cup races on Gold to earn the Northrend Racing Completionist: Goldachievement, "Northrend Racer" title, and the Frosted Riders of Azeroth Tabard.

Skymaster’s Blood items are available from the vendor for those on a quest to look daring whilst darting through the skies!
